Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of lotsignal.com and the LotSignal alert service ("LotSignal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What LotSignal is
LotSignal provides market information and trade ideas for forex, metals and crypto, such as zone-based Buy/Sell alerts with reference entry, stop loss and take profit levels, delivered through our website, email and a Telegram group. We are not a broker, we do not hold or trade your money, and we do not manage accounts. Every trading decision is yours.
2. Risk disclosure
Trading forex, metals and crypto carries a high level of risk and you can lose some or all of your money.
Alerts are reference levels, not personal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. No signal wins every time. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets can move quickly and prices at your broker may differ from ours. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider speaking to a licensed financial adviser.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Sharing your login or the Telegram group link, or copying and reselling our alerts, is not allowed and may lead to removal without refund.
4. Free trial
New accounts may receive one free trial of 14 days, with no card required. A trial is limited to one per person. When it ends, access stops unless you choose and pay for a plan. We never charge you automatically at the end of a trial.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices and plans are shown on our pricing section and may change; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (Paystack and Flutterwave). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Access begins after your payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
- Plans paid through Paystack may renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel from the Manage Subscription page at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Plans paid through Flutterwave are one-time payments for the period shown and do not renew by themselves.
6. Refunds
Because access to alerts is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error or twice, email info@lotsignal.com with your payment reference and we will look into it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, bypass payment or trial limits, scrape or republish our alerts, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep alerts timely and accurate, but the service depends on market data and third-party systems (data providers, email, Telegram). It may be delayed, interrupted or contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular result.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LotSignal is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from relying on an alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. We will post the new date on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the service at any time.
